Description

Designed strictly for the demands of the modern film set, the FILMTAPE 10 kg Steelbag eliminates the mess, bulk, and failures associated with traditional sandbags. Its steel ball filling allows it to achieve a higher weight in the same compact dimensions as a standard 6 kg sandbag — making it the go-to counterweight on busy sets.

The exterior is constructed from extremely durable PVC fabric, built to withstand heavy loads and repeated use in demanding production environments. Strong seams, reinforced stitching, and a built-in steel eyelet ensure long-term reliability — shoot after shoot.

Despite its higher weight, the bag remains easy to handle and transport. The ergonomic rubber grip handle reduces hand fatigue during long shoot days. The Steelbag is the standard counterweight solution for stands, booms, lighting rigs, and grip equipment.
